The coalition will prevent and reduce youth and substance abuse by implementing the following strategies: The coalition utilizes the Strategic Prevention Framework for decision-making regarding the substances of focus and steps the coalition should take to reduce use of those substances in the community. Coalition members take part in a triennial comprehensive review of the SPF, and review the components of that SPF- specifically the Logic Models and Action Plans- annually or as new data become available that better quantify the problem of substance abuse within the community.
HHS’ Tracking Accountability in Government Grants System (TAGGS) website provides access to detailed descriptions of grants, loans, aggregated direct payments and other types of financial assistance awarded by the HHS Operating Divisions (OPDIVs) and the Office of the Secretary Staff Divisions (STAFFDIVs).
