The grantee will assist the Mentee coalition by reviewing existing Too Smart 2 Start's organizational documents and coalition structure/roles; work with the coalition to determine needed changes; facilitate the assessment of community readiness, including opportunities and barriers; provide guidance in developing plans to overcome barriers; provide training in the elements of effective coalitions; facilitate the development of a strategic and action plans; and assist Mentee coalition in applying for DFC funding in 2015.
