Pickens Steppin' It Up Coalition - The coalition will prevent and reduce youth substance use by implementing the following strategies:1. Expansion ofthe coalition's successful tobacco initiative to address underage drinking and prescription drugs 2. Development and enforcement of local policy and ordinance changes to reduce the availability of drugs and alcohol 3. Community organization and coalition capacity building through organizational development and sustainability planning
