Underage Drinking & Prescription/Over the Counter Drug Prevention - The coalition will prevent and reduce youth substance use by implementing the following strategies:utilize SAMHSA's Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF) as the model to carry out the SOCC's strategic plan and the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America's (CADCA) 'Seven Steps to Forming a Community Coalition' to further strengthen the existing coalition; build on the existing youth group participants for the purpose of preventing and reducing underage drinking prescription drug abuse; and preventing SOCIAL access to alcohol and prescription drugs by youth; preventing commercial access to alcohol and prescription drugs by youth.
