The Coalition will prevent and reduce youth substance use by implementing the following strategies: increase and strengthen coalition membership to build the capacity of the coalition to address community change; develop and implement a prescription drug and disposal program; provide education and information on the negative impacts of marijuana use; reduce youth access to marijuana; develop and implement a social media campaign designed to raise the perception of harm of marijuana use; prevent and reduce underage DUI and its impact; and develop and implement social media campaigns around e dangers of underage drinking and driving.
