North Mississippi Commission on Mental Illness/Mental Retardation, which serves Region II in North Mississippi (d.b.a. Communicare) and partners will expand, integrate and sustain the SOC project for Region II, serving Lafayette, Marshall, Panola, and Yalobusha counties in Mississippi to improve mental health outcomes for children, youth, adolescents (ages 0-21 with SED) and their families. The project creates sustainable infrastructure and services that are required as part of the SOC Expansion and Sustainability Cooperative Agreement and expands services to include more partners and more points of intercept to enable more children and youth to be served.
