ARIZONA TRANSFORMATION - The project purpose is to disseminate information and education about locally run service planning, develop consumer driven service planning, and create catalysts for local change. The Recovery Education Network will use training, networking and community readiness to meet individual needs of diverse members, and will outreach to Spanish speakers offering Spanish language forum and supports to groups that serve minority population related to sexual orientation/identities. Forums and training to support adults receiving services will be created via the network of peer-run programs in 8 communities. The Network will host annual meetings with some scholarships and make a database available on the network. Grantee proposes to partner with the state health and behavioral health services, and provide training for the statewide advisory council to the Office of Individual and Family Affairs.
