ELDER COMMUNITY CARE - The Elder Community Care program will improve access to mental health and substance abuse services for persons 60 years and over living in 14 communities in Metrowest Boston by 1)working with current infrastructure to increase access and remove barriers to care; and by 2)providing evidence-based treatments to elders who are not currently connected to behavioral health assessment and treatment services.
