This project will enhance the SERFF system as requested by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The work will reduce burden on issuers that are currently filing the Unified Rate Review Template (URRT) and related materials in both SERFF and the Health Insurance Oversight System (HIOS). The project will also improve data quality for federal and state regulators reviewing the URRT.
