Rural Health Network Development Planning Grant Program - Focus Area: The Central Illinois Hospital Network’s primary focus area is to improve maternal and neonatal outcomes in each distinct rural region by establishing a planning process that develops a sustainable network approach to increase the delivery and service access to underserved populations for preconception, prenatal, pregnancy, labor, and delivery, and postpartum services; specifically, for those with SUD/OUD/AUD disorders. Goal 1: Form a joint coalition between Gibson Area Hospital and Health Services-Critical Access Hospital; Graham Health System-Rural Hospital and Crawford Memorial Hospital-Critical Access Hospital. Goal 2: Establish a planning process that allows the network members to form a collaborative network that shares information and shares resources to meet their network goals.
