(BHCC) FY 2023 RWHAP Part C Capacity Development Program’s is under HIV Care Innovation, coordination, or integration of HIV primary care with oral health/and or behavioral health care. The project is designed to create a fully integrated care services model integrating behavioral health and primary health care. This will be accomplished through: assessment and revision of all related policies, procedures, and workflows; consulting, coaching and advisement services by the National Council on Mental Wellness in the same and in integrated care services; and extensive training by subject matter experts to improve health equity and increase provider skillsets. Services will be provided in Miami-Dade County, FL, which includes underserved populations and addresses funding priority 2.
