Tennessee Coalition to End Domestic and Sexual Violence Rape Prevention Education Project - The Tennessee Coalition to End Domestic and Sexual Violence (TCEDSV) will leverage our existing partnership with TNDOH and the primary prevention capacity assessment completed in 2023-2024 to build infrastructure to support SV prevention activities, enhance our State Action Plan in partnership with TNDOH, use data to inform prevention activities, and implement evidence-based community and societal level SV prevention strategies that advance health equity. In order to ensure the project addresses the areas of greatest disparity, we will focus our project on LGBTQ youth living in Shelby, Lauderdale, Haywood, and Hardeman counties. These four counties, a mix of rural and urban areas, include the county with the highest Black population in the state, and they rank last in economic and general well-being according to the TN Child Well-Being Report
