The NH DHHS and the New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence (NHCADSV) will continue to partner to build infrastructure and deliver training and technical assistance to ensure the ongoing provision of primary Sexual Violence (SV) prevention programming across the state. SV programming that is implemented through the Rape Prevention and Education (RPE) program will be based in principles of health equity, data-driven and monitored, and increasingly accessible to underserved populations and those with specific risk factors, such as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning, intersex, asexual and allies (LGBTQIA+), and Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities. As the umbrella organization for the 12 Member Programs serving the entire state of NH, the NHCADSV is well-placed to provide training and technical assistance to prevention educators at the programs, facilitate data gathering, analysis, and implementation, monitor programs for progress and consistency, and liaise with state-level stakeholders and partners to augment program delivery. The Member Programs will work with k-12 schools, universities, and community partners to implement an array of data-informed approaches to SV prevention that are targeted to their local communities. The NHCADSV will contract with an evaluation consultant to develop and execute an evaluation plan that is robust and will inform ongoing improvements to prevention programming.
