Idaho Coalition Against Sexual & Domestic Violence: Cultivando Nuestras Hermanas con Esperanza y Fortaleza - The purpose of the Idaho Coalition Cultivando Nuestras Hermanas con Esperanza y Fortaleza is to build and enhance our internal primary prevention capacity to prepare for a comprehensive sexual violence prevention strategy and implementation focused on advancing health equity for Latinx women and girls who work in the agricultural industry. This one-year project will allow the Idaho Coalition to conduct a Primary Prevention Capacity Assessment of readiness to plan and implement health equity-focused strategies specific to the Latinx women and girls working in the agricultural industry, develop recommendations based on assessment findings to promote health equity, and to begin to build the capacity of Latinx farmworker organizations and community sexual violence programs to advance health equity and primary prevention strategies.
