The New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence (NHCADSV) seeks to strengthen and enhance New Hampshire’s Sexual Violence Prevention Program by increasing its capacity to implement sexual violence prevention strategies focused on advancing health equity. With the help of an evaluator, NHCADSV will conduct a primary prevention capacity assessment and a process evaluation to better understand the inequitable factors that contribute to higher rates of sexual violence in underserved communities, develop recommendations, and implement action steps to advance primary prevention that addresses health inequity. Through this process, NHCADSV and its member programs will utilize available data sources to better inform their prevention programming, strengthen partnerships with public health and culturally specific community organizations to better support target populations, and increase training and resources at both the Coalition and member program levels to ensure that prevention educators are meeting the current and future primary prevention and health equity needs across the state of New Hampshire.
