My Brother’s Keeper, Inc proposes to implement the SHY 2.0 Project. The SHY 2.0 Project will build upon its existing services and partnerships to enhance its capacity to reduce new HIV infections, increase access to HIV care and prevention services, and promote health equity among YAAMSM of color, aged 13-34, and their partners, in the Jackson, MS, MSA. The SHY 2.0 Project will utilize the following strategies and activities to create a seamless process for accessing and utilizing HIV prevention, care, and treatment services: (1) Prioritized HIV Testing; (2) Prevention Servicesfor Persons Regardless of HIV Status; (3) Enhanced Program Collaborations, Promotion, and Recruitment; (4) FormalizeAdditional Collaborations; (5) Expand Safe Spaces; and (6) Utilize Data Driven Approaches.
