In an effort to address the aforementioned issues and to provide a quality (1) Comprehensive HIV Prevention Program and (2) Operational Program Activities, MBK proposes to implement the ICAN 2.0 Project. The ICAN 2.0 Project will reduce new infections, increase access to care, and promote health equity in accordance with EHE and CDC's Comprehensive HIV-Impact HIV Prevention approach and through partnerships and collaborations that focus on: (1) HIV Diagnosis: increased HIV and STD testing; (2) HIV Treatment: linkage and receipt if HIV medical care and ART among newly and previously diagnosed individuals treatment for persons with HIV; (3) HIV Prevention: increased access to PrEP/PeP and condoms, and (4) Response: Assist Health Departments in responding to HIV clusters and outbreaks. Purpose: The purpose of the ICAN 2.0 Project is to implement a Comprehensive HIV Prevention Core Program and Operational Program that create a seamless process for HIV diagnoses, treatment, and prevention, among HIV positive and high-risk HIV negative African American MSM (AAMSM) and heterosexual women. ages 18-60, in the Jackson, MS MSA Outcomes: Diagnose -Increase number of persons who are aware of their infection -Increase in number of persons with access to integrated screenings including HIV, STDs, and Hepatitis Treat -Increase in newly and previously diagnosed HIV-positive persons who receive HIV medical care -Increase in HIV-Positive persons who receive Partner Services Prevent -Increase in high-risk negative persons who are referred to Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and/or Non-Occupational Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) as appropriate -Increase in HIV-positive and high-risk negative persons who are offered condoms
