Drug Free Vigo County works to reduce prescription drug misuse among Vigo County youth through a variety of environmental strategies. The coalition has worked to create a youth leadership group that provides messaging to youth regarding the dangers of misusing prescription medications; works with the adult coalition to provide prescription drug take back events; and to promote overall awareness about not sharing medications.
