Coalicion de Esperanza por Una Comunidad Libre de Drogas (Coalition Hope for a Drug Free Community - or Coalicion Esperanza) is applying for Drug-Free Communities (DCF) Support Program - Non-competing Continuation previously awarded under the Drug-Free Communities (DFC) Support Program - New, SP-17-001. Coalicion Esperanza is a community coalition in the neighborhood of Flagami, located in the city of Miami, Fl. The coalition aims to reduce substance abuse among youth (18 years of age and younger), by strengthening community collaboration and addressing factors in the community that increase the risk of substance abuse and promoting factors that minimize the risk of substance abuse.
