MA4 will provide Navigator services to Missouri residents, with a focus on uninsured older Americans, uninsured people living in rural Missouri regions, immigrants, and adults with disabilities. - The Missouri Association of Area Agencies on Aging (MA4) will continue to lead the cooperative agreement activities of this consortium Navigator project. MA4 was founded in 1973 and incorporated as a 501c3 in 1985. MA4 is comprised of Missouri’s Area Agencies on Aging (AAA) with an established and trusted presence in all 114 Missouri counties. MA4 has extensive outreach and public information experience throughout Missouri. MA4 has been continuously funded under the CMS Navigator awards since 2013. MA4 has four sub-awardees that will receive funding to accomplish the program goals and objectives: Aging Best Area Agency on Aging, Care Connection for Aging Services Area Agency on Aging, St. Louis Area Agency on Aging, and SeniorAge Area Agency on Aging. In Missouri, 336,119 individuals live at or below 50% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), 998,376 live at or below 125% FPL, 1,262,001 live at or below 150% FPL, and 1,773,275 live at or below 200% FPL.
