The North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities (NDCPD) is requesting $1,149,419.00 for project year three (2023-2024) with the overall goal of improving access to healthcare coverage for all North Dakotans, focusing on under-served and vulnerable individuals. Additionally, Navigators will support additional outreach, education, and enrollment activities to facilitate a seamless transition into Marketplace coverage and ensure continuity of coverage for those consumers being unwound from Medicaid/CHIP during the 2023-24 budget period.
