Cooperative Agreement to Support Navigators in Federally-facilitated Exchanges - MHP Salud will continue carrying out its Navigator program across 63 counties in south Texas and provide outreach, education, and health insurance enrollment assistance. MHP Salud will be responsible for carrying out all activities of the project, and does not include sub-recipients/sub-awardees to provide Navigator services. List of entities that will receive grant funds as sub-recipients/sub-awardees to provide Navigator services: N/A Total funding amount for budget year 2 for Texas FFE: $3,713,018 Population(s) or groups targeted: Low-income, uninsured, under-insured Hispanic/Latino consumers residing in 63 counties across South Texas.
