PanWest TX Navigator Program
List of entities that will receive funding:
South Plains Community Action Association, Inc., a 501(c)3 corporation, will serve as the lead entity for the three-entity PanWest TX Navigator Consortium project and will provide program services in 33 counties in Texas.
Panhandle Community Services, Inc., a 501(c)3 corporation, will provide program services in 26 counties in Texas.
Project Amistad, Inc., a 501(c)3 corporation, will provide program services in 6 counties in Texas.

Target populations/groups:
Racial and ethnic minorities; Refugees with official status that may automatically qualify for legal status and work permit; Rural communities; Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and other (LGBTQ+) individuals; Low income or homeless individuals, older adults; American Indians and Alaska Natives; People with physical or intellectual disabilities or cognitive, hearing, speech, and/or vision impairments; Pregnant women, new mothers, and women with children; Individuals with mental health or substance-related disorders; Individuals with HIV/AIDS; Medicaid-eligible consumers who are not enrolled in coverage despite being eligible for Medicaid.
