This program will target 2 distinct populations: women living with HIV and women at risk for HIV. An Empowerment Intervention designed for women living with HIV will be offered to pregnant and non-pregnant women identified through outreach activities or within the clinic population attending the Maternal Infant Studies Center (CEMI-Spanish acronym). The intervention is a series of workshops in which multi?ple biopsychosocial dimensions are ex?plored within the group, and diverse experiential activities are carried out related to the day?s topics. In addition, the women will undergo gynecological evaluations and STD testing. They will be provided with contraceptive counseling and methods free of charge. Risk reduction counseling will be provided to all groups. The women at risk for HIV will undergo counseling and testing with a rapid HIV test (Ora Quick) and will receive risk reduction counseling via the Hispanic/Latino RESPECT-2 which is a translated and culturally adapted version of t
