FY 2024 Behavioral Health Service Expansion - Health Center Program Number: H80CS12851 All For Health and Health For All (AFH) will use HRSA Behavioral Health Service Expansion (HRSA-BHE) funds for increase behavioral health and SUD staff. AFH has an integrated behavioral health program that includes SUD and MAT services however, there is an extreme need for these services in the AFH service area. AFH will hire new staff to include providers, clinical support staff, enhanced case managers, and community outreach workers. HRSA-BHSE funds will be used to expand behavioral health services to more than 500 new unduplicated patients and ultimately improve health outcomes and address any barriers to accessing behavioral healthcare by providing a holistic model of care.
