NATIVE HEALTH is a HRSA funded FQHC providing services to the underserved population in Arizona's Maricopa County. The agency is located in the capital city of Arizona, Phoenix, and exist across several clinics located throughout the County. We currently provide substance use and mental health services to the urban American Indian/Alaska Native population in addition to other underserved minority in our service area. NATIVE HEALTH will expand the current service to add prevention, intervention, and treatment services for opioids, more specifically adding medications for opioid use disorder. We anticipate that in year we will build the infrastructure for service provision with full expansion occurring in year two.
