Increased access to behavioral health and psychiatric services is a critical need within Yavapai County, Arizona. As the only Federally Qualified Health Center in a county designated as a Medically Underserved Area, Yavapai County Community Health Services’ programming (HRSA grant H80CS00842) is paramount to meeting the needs of all residents and to meeting the needs of the medically underserved, high-risk and vulnerable populations, low-income groups, populations with Limited English Proficiency, and uninsured individuals.
Yavapai County Community Health Services will onboard support staff for the behavioral health services expansion, including certified medical assistants and care coordinators to support ongoing programming needs.
