Rocky Boy Health Center Tribal Opioid Response Project - The goal of the RBHC TOR is “to increase access to culturally appropriate and evidence-based prevention, treatment, and community-based recovery support services addressing the opioid crisis on the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation.” To achieve this goal, we have developed the following measurable objectives: Objective 1: By the beginning of month four, the RBHC TOR will develop and implement a family service program to provide intervention and resources to families who have loved ones affected by a substance use disorder. Objective 2: During the five year project period, the RBHC TOR will increase access to evidence-based opioid prevention, treatment, and recovery services to at least 100 (20 each year) individuals. Objective 3: By the beginning of month four, the RBHC TOR will develop and implement a pain management program which will assist prescribers through coordinating integrated services and medication management for those experiencing chronic pain and to offer evidence-based behavioral and non-opioid prescription options found to effectively manage pain.
