Our project will be called A Positive Tomorrow Opioid Outreach and its primary focus is to bring awareness of the consequences of the current opioid epidemic. By working with different community professional and health clinic we will host community activities that will educate individuals who suffer from addiction, families of those individuals will also be supported to help them understand the world of addiction and sobriety.
