Oklahoma State University (OSU) National Center for Wellness and Recovery (NCWR) seeks funding to provide technical assistance (TA) support for rural communities addressing opioid and stimulant misuse (OSM). The population of focus includes the HHS Office of Regional Health Operations (ORHO) Region 6, which encompasses five states: Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas, as well as 68 federally recognized tribal nations within those states (39 are located in Oklahoma). NCWR will work collaboratively with Region 6 state leaders, academic institutions, local and state health departments, community organizations, and other stakeholders with common health goals to address the TA needs of the Region 6 community.
