MDC Regional Community Collaborative - The mission of the MDC Regional Recovery Community Collaborative is to provide service coordination through the use of technology to quickly match client needs to community resources to help the recovery community prevail with quality long term recovery supports. The MDC will continue to work with the recovery partners to reduce stigma, address policies and legislation through advocacy and enhance peer-based recovery support services, creating a chronic disease management model for substance use disorders. Goal: Enhance the quantity and quality of support available to people seeking and experiencing long-term recovery form alcohol and other drug addiction. A. 25 Prevention, Intervention and Recovery Programs will be provided in year one and 50 in years two and three. B. 2 Social Recovery Programs will be provided in year one and 10 in years two and three. C. 500 unique individuals will receive case coordination and navigation services in year one and 1000 in years two and three. D. 50 unique individuals will participate in the Certified Recovery Coaching Training by 2021. E. 2 Outreach events to promote Stigma Reduction will be hosted in year one and 4 in years two and three
