The TCC Strategic Prevention Framework Partnership for Success population focus in children, youth, and adults at risk of alcohol misuse who live in the Upper Tanana, Yukon Flats, Yukon Tanana, and Yukon Koyukuk sub-regions. TCC will provide training and support to at least 50 local leaders to implement the SPF model in their home community. TCC will also develop social marketing messages that reflect the culture and language of the TCC region. Each year at least 20% of the adults and youth will report hearing or seeing a message and of those 50% will reported they acted on the message. Finally, at least 50 youth and 50 adults will participate in SPF-PFS activities focused on reducing alcohol misuse each year. Participating in these activities will decrease youth misuse of alcohol.
