The RACC is a collaborative local network that increases prevention education in order to prevent and reduce youth substance use, and youth and adult impaired driving in Redmond, Oregon. - The Redmond Area Community Coalition (RACC) is built and operated by public health and safety officials (both current and retired). There are over 50 members including individuals, community groups, and public health and safety agencies that provide educational resources and service throughout Redmond, OR. The RACC networks and provides training on substance use prevention education for youth. The RACC is applying for the Drug-Free Communities Program grant to assist in preventing and reducing substance use among youth, and impaired driving among youth and adults in Redmond, OR through evidence-based prevention education, and by working collaboratively with other public service agencies who also serve youth.
