RC RAIL Coalition will provide services for the communities of Mount Vernon, Lisbon, and Central City to address underage drinking. The STOP Act grant will allow for the following activities to occur in these communities such as; TIPS training (Responsible Beverage Server Training), social norms campaign at Cornell College and at the Mount Vernon, Lisbon, and Central City High Schools, gathering behavioral health data at Cornell College, providing technical assistance to Cornell College on policies and consequences on underage drinking on campus, and providing town hall meetings/education.
HHS’ Tracking Accountability in Government Grants System (TAGGS) website provides access to detailed descriptions of grants, loans, aggregated direct payments and other types of financial assistance awarded by the HHS Operating Divisions (OPDIVs) and the Office of the Secretary Staff Divisions (STAFFDIVs).
