AdventHealth Hope and Healing Center is a first of its kind collaborate between Seminole County, Seminole County Sheriff's Department, and AdventHealth. The primary goal is to save lives by combatting the Opioid Epidemic and other substances uses disorders by offering a residential level 2 and Intensive outpatient program-IOP. The Center is an important piece to combatting substance use disorders and the Opioid Epidemic, designed to reduce overdoses and deaths by providing evidence based prevention and treatment options regardless of the ability to pay. These programs will provide substance treatment by offering individual counseling, group counseling, and counseling with families or support system. The program also offers substance related and recovery focused education for achieving a substance free lifestyle. Life skills training such as anger management, communication skills, employability skills, problem solving, relapse prevention, recovery management, decision making, relationship skills, and symptom management are also provided. Based on historical data AdventHealth is looking to serve approximately 250 individuals over the next year and at least that over the lifetime of the project. AdventHealth will be looking at the following goals and objectives. Goal 1- Increase the successful completion rate of substance use disorder treatment for both residentials and intensive outpatient programs at the Hope and Healing Center. Objective 1-By September 30,2023, AdventHealth Hope and Healing Center residents will have a 55% completion rate as evidenced by monthly recorded completion rates. Goal 2- Increase comprehensive substance disorder treatment for our residentials program. Objective 1- By September 30, 2023, the Hope and Healing Center will use Brief Addiction Monitor measuring tool to decrease the residential program participant's use of substances by 100%. Objectives 2,3, and 4 will include- By September 30, 2023, the Hope and Healing Center will use the Brief Addiction Monitor measuring tool to decrease reduction of risk factors, protective factors, and overall personal satisfaction by 50%. Goal 3- Increases comprehensive substance disorder treatment for our intensive program. Objective1; September 30, 2023, the Hope and Healing Center will use the Brief Addiction Monitor measuring tool to decreases the intensive outpatient program participant's use of substances by 50%. Objectives 1,3,and 4 will include- By September 30, 2023, the Hope and Healing Center will use the Brief Addiction Monitor measuring tool to decrease reduction of risk factors, protective factors, and overall satisfaction by 50%. Goal 4- Increases the overall persons served satisfaction rate. Objectives 1 and 2 will include -BY September 30, 2023, the Hope and Healing Center's overall residential and IOP satisfaction rate, measured through the satisfaction survey, will be 98% respectively.
