Rocky Boy Health Center SDPI Project - The Rocky Boy Health Center, located on the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation and is home to the Chippewa Cree Tribe of Montana. The Rocky Boy Health Center has selected Foot Exams as its Best Practice and will also conduct activities that will reduce the Body Mass Index from greater than or equal to 30.0 and increase the number of opportunities for Diabetes Related Education: Physical Activity. RBHC has implemented several new activities based on walking as well as have access to a mobile clinic with an examination facility to accommodate remote areas on the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation.
