The primary objective of this project is to empower the Confederated Tribes of the Goshute Reservation to build upon their rich legacy of successful diabetes treatment, support, prevention, and educational initiatives for American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) individuals within their service area, thereby ensuring the continued provision of these vital services that have historically benefited the community.
