St. Croix Tribal Health Human Services has a purpose to provide diabetes treatment and prevention activities and services for the St. Croix Tribe. Continuing with services that are familiar to the community and providing the services that best fit the needs of at-individuals will be the primary goal. Providing high quality care to those diagnosed with diabetes and reducing the complications.
HHS’ Tracking Accountability in Government Grants System (TAGGS) website provides access to detailed descriptions of grants, loans, aggregated direct payments and other types of financial assistance awarded by the HHS Operating Divisions (OPDIVs) and the Office of the Secretary Staff Divisions (STAFFDIVs).
