We are hoping to receive this grant to continue our service in the community. We service over 400 clients a year within our grant now. We will continue to focus on diabetes-related education and focusing on foot care. We understand the importance of diabetes education and services to our clients. Diabetes not only affects the entire body but your mental and emotional state as well. If selected, we will continue to cover the many areas related to diabetes.
HHS’ Tracking Accountability in Government Grants System (TAGGS) website provides access to detailed descriptions of grants, loans, aggregated direct payments and other types of financial assistance awarded by the HHS Operating Divisions (OPDIVs) and the Office of the Secretary Staff Divisions (STAFFDIVs).
