Ho-Chunk Nation Injury Prevention Program Part 1 - The HCN Injury Prevention Program (HCN-IPP) is dedicated to reducing unintentional injuries and fatalities across our American Indian and Alaskan Native Community (AI/AN) within our 15-county service area in Wisconsin. The HCN IPP will, through culturally grounded, data driven, and community-based strategies implement a 3 phased approach. HCN-IPP will empower community members with the knowledge, resources, and skills to prevent injuries, promote safety, and enhance health and well-being across the Nation.
