The FMRP site will include 16 exam rooms, 3 patient and caregiver teaching and consult rooms, phlebotomy and xray spaces, care team collaboration and documentation space, patient waiting room, check-in and check-out space, faculty and program administrator offices, learning lab, didactic and conference space, cubicles and lockers for 12 residents, respite space for residents and care team lounge/dinning space. The construction and fit-up of the 12,000 sq ft will cost $9.4M, of which $600,000 will be CDS funds and the remaining $8.6M will be obtained by SVMC from a blend of sources including debt, community philanthropy, investment returns, and equity from prior and on-going operations. The project is shovel ready and on-track to deliver the space coincident with the launch of the FMRP in October 2027.
