Expanding Access to Mental Health and Victim Support Services through renovation of 111 E. Dover Street for rural and underserved communities. - For All Seasons, Inc. will renovate and expand its property at 111 E. Dover Street in Easton, Maryland, to create an administrative and educational hub that supports expanded access to behavioral health care, mental health education, and victim support services. The project will renovate existing space and add approximately 6,500 square feet through a two-story addition. The completed facility will include flexible training and meeting space, breakout rooms, a video recording studio, administrative offices, support areas, and building improvements needed for safe, accessible, and efficient use. Planned work may include structural improvements, electrical and plumbing upgrades, heating and cooling systems, fire and life-safety improvements, accessibility features, energy-efficient upgrades, and related site work. The project will strengthen For All Seasons’ Center for Learning, expand the agency’s ability to provide in-person, virtual, and hybrid education, and improve the administrative infrastructure supporting services across Maryland’s Eastern Shore. For All Seasons provides more than 100,000 services annually to more than 4,500 clients and serves rural, low-income, and underserved communities. The $1,000,000 federal award will support allowable construction and renovation costs at 111 E. Dover Street as part of the larger capital project.
