Racine County Human Services Campus: Behavioral Health Facility Renovation: Racine County, Wisconsin, will renovate the fourth floor of Human Services to expand integrated behavioral health services. - Racine County proposes the alteration and renovation of 15,044 square feet on the 4th floor of the County-owned Human Services building at 1717 Taylor Avenue, Racine, Wisconsin 53403 to establish a dedicated behavioral health services hub. The renovation will create clinical space for mental health and substance use disorder services, therapy rooms, prescriber suites, a clinic/pharmacy, children's therapy, nutrition services, and wraparound support as part of an integrated behavioral health campus on Taylor Avenue. The project includes full mechanical replacement, electrical, IT/data, plumbing, fire protection, and furniture and equipment. The renovation complements the adjacent Racine County Behavioral Health Services facility under construction at 1720 Taylor Avenue, together forming a unified campus that expands access to behavioral health care for Racine County residents. Total federal funding requested: $5,000,000.
