Fiscal Year 2023 Capital Assistance for Hurricane Response and Recovery Efforts (CARE) - LCHCS proposes using CARE funds to undertake 3 projects: 1 A/R of an Existing Facility, 1 C/E of an Existing Facility, and 1 C/E of an Existing Facility. Alteration/Renovation (A/R) of an Existing Facility: Project 01: At the Barnwell Family Medicine site at 86 Wren Street, Barnwell, SC. LCHCS will re-pave the two parking lots on the site. C/E of an Existing Facility: Project 02: LCHCS dba Padgett Family Practice site at 526 North Street, Bamberg, SC. LCHCS will construct a new parking lot after demolition and removal of structures (house and 2 sheds) and trees on property. C/E of an Existing Facility: Project 03: This site is not yet on 5B, but is on a lot already owned by LCHCS. The lot is located at 100 Wren Street, Barnwell, SC, right next to an LCHCS site at 110 Wren Street. LCHCS will pave a parking lot and build a drive-through structure, plus renovate an existing structure to relocate an LCHCS pharmacy. This will be used in conjunction with the LCHCS site on the adjoining lot.
