NAVIGATE Reproductive Center of Excellence - The Restorative Reproductive Medicine Foundation proposes the NAVIGATE Reproductive Center of Excellence. NAVIGATE targets the reproductive conditions that leave American women waiting longest for a diagnosis and bounced between providers: PMOS (formerly PCOS), endometriosis, infertility, recurrent miscarriage, and reproductive-age endocrine disorders. The work is prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. Too often, conventional care has suppressed normal body function to quiet symptoms while the underlying disease went unfound and untreated. NAVIGATE takes the opposite path, working from the root cause to restore reproductive function. Its clinical pathways are standardized and concrete: cycle charting and tracking, cycle-timed lab and ultrasound protocols, electronic medical record (EMR) templates, and treatment of whatever disease the workup finds. Around those pathways sits team-based care and patient navigation. That includes COMPASS, the Center's guided digital intake, along with the RRM CARE DIRECTORY, a national directory of more than 4,000 restorative reproductive medicine practitioners and allied professionals with pathway-capability matching. A competency-based training program for providers rounds out the model. NAVIGATE runs as a national network hub. Its participants form the NAVIGATE Consortium, convened by the Foundation, and they sit across three tiers that together deliver integrated multidisciplinary care, navigation and referral coordination, and cross-disciplinary provider engagement. One tier is a cohort of clinical pilot sites. Spread across multiple U.S. regions and offering both in-person and telehealth care, these sites deliver services, EMR data, and outcomes. Allied network partners bring expertise in nutrition, midwifery, cycle-charting education, and patient advocacy. Research and education collaborators, backed by an external advisory council, shape study design, curriculum, and governance. Evidence gets translated through the Foundation's open-access research library, now more than 4,000 scholarly works, while workforce training and dissemination run through RRM Foundation. A mixed-methods evaluation tracks provider uptake, time-to-diagnosis, symptom and functional outcomes, patient experience, and access, and it drives quarterly quality improvement. Deliverables include standardized clinical pathways, a free toolkit and implementation guide, EMR templates, a scalable training curriculum, and peer-reviewed dissemination, so the model can be replicated nationally. The project lines up with the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH), Office on Women's Health, and Make America Healthy Again priorities. It advances prevention, early diagnosis, root-cause and patient-centered care, and the restoration of reproductive function. By cutting diagnostic delay and training more clinicians in root-cause care, NAVIGATE aims for durable improvement in how reproductive conditions are diagnosed and treated. The goal is simple. Lasting benefit for women across the reproductive lifespan. Target conditions: PMOS (formerly PCOS), endometriosis, infertility, recurrent miscarriage, reproductive-age endocrine disorders. Geographic reach: national. The consortium's funded cohort comprises six clinical pilot sites across multiple U.S. regions, all with signed letters of commitment already in hand. Member practices extend care nationwide through telehealth.
