RHMI NAVIGATE Center of Excellence for Comprehensive Reproductive Health - Reproductive Health Mission, Inc. proposes the RHMI NAVIGATE Center of Excellence for Comprehensive Reproductive Health, a 24-month initiative to improve how women with complex reproductive-health conditions are identified, evaluated, treated, and supported over time. The Center will address polycystic ovary syndrome and related ovulatory dysfunction, endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain, uterine fibroids and uterine-cavity abnormalities, infertility and subfertility, pelvic inflammatory disease and tubal pathology, reproductive-age endocrine disorders, premature ovarian insufficiency, and recurrent miscarriage. The project will strengthen and evaluate an established clinical model across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Arkansas will serve as a priority expansion state after clinical, staffing, referral, data, payer, and safety readiness criteria are met. RHMI will oversee the Center, and Reproductive Health Medicine & Gynecology will lead licensed clinical implementation. Core partners will contribute surgical expertise, patient education and care-plan support, clinician-reviewed workflow technology, and secure consent and health-data exchange. Together, they will create an integrated system that reduces fragmentation among medical care, surgery, diagnostic testing, patient education, navigation, referrals, and follow-up. NAVIGATE will develop common clinical pathways with condition-specific modules, improve early detection and diagnostic accuracy, strengthen closed-loop referrals, expand telehealth-supported access, and train clinicians and other staff through competency-based education. The project will also improve structured documentation, patient understanding, data quality, and coordination across clinical and community partners. At least 1,000 eligible participants will be served, including a working target of at least 100 participants in Arkansas. Evaluation will assess timely completion of diagnostic pathways, defined clinical plans, treatment or referral initiation, referral closure, patient-reported symptoms and experience, workforce competency, implementation fidelity, access barriers, costs, and sustainability. By the end of the project, RHMI will produce a practical replication toolkit, deliver at least four webinars, and support at least two unaffiliated healthcare organizations or clinical networks in assessing or adopting the model. The long-term goal is to establish a sustainable, measurable, and adaptable system that reduces diagnostic delay, improves continuity, and expands access to comprehensive reproductive healthcare.
