The St. Louis Partnership for Survivors of Torture will provide direct services specifically for survivors of torture as defined by federal statutes, as well as training and development to improve provider and advocate capacity to serve and support survivors of torture. Wraparound services and support will be delivered to address the bio-psycho-social-spiritual effects of torture on survivors and their families. The Partnership will provide holistic psychological (mental health therapy and psychiatry), social and/or legal services to at least 285 SOT clients per year, including the enrollment of 140 new, unduplicated SOT clients per year.
