This continuation request will support the expansion, enhancement, and continuation of the services provided through NVFS Program for Survivors of Torture and Severe Trauma (PSTT). PSTT services provide holistic, strengths-based, trauma-informed services to primary and secondary survivors of torture to address their legal, psychological, social, medical, and spiritual needs through direct and indirect services. Through the provision of comprehensive mental health services, therapeutic case management, immigration legal services, and psychosocial opportunities, PSTT provides survivors with an opportunity to heal and recover from their past and to address current crises and challenges including the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
