Hawaii Early Learning Partnerships for Child Care (HELP) Program is a high quality, accessible subsidy system for families with American Indian/Native Hawaiian children youth ages 6 weeks to 13 years, with the exception to children with specific special needs who can extend until they are 19. The program has also identified 7 priority populations as sub-groups within the AI/NH community.Goal: To support 525 AI/NH children and their families in achieving self-sufficiency by securing healthy, safe, quality child care on 6 major islands in Hawaii.
HHS’ Tracking Accountability in Government Grants System (TAGGS) website provides access to detailed descriptions of grants, loans, aggregated direct payments and other types of financial assistance awarded by the HHS Operating Divisions (OPDIVs) and the Office of the Secretary Staff Divisions (STAFFDIVs).
