Through Center for Survivors of Torture(CST) in Dallas, TX, comprehensive rehabilitative services will be offered to assist refugees who ar ein need of specialized mental health services, to regain their health and indeendence and rebuild productive lives. In addition, to providing direct services, CST will tain area providers to effectively serve this population which is estimated to total approximately 45,000 individual refugees throughout the services area covere by tthe Center for Survivors of Torture.
HHS’ Tracking Accountability in Government Grants System (TAGGS) website provides access to detailed descriptions of grants, loans, aggregated direct payments and other types of financial assistance awarded by the HHS Operating Divisions (OPDIVs) and the Office of the Secretary Staff Divisions (STAFFDIVs).
